Cancellation and Refund Policy
How Branzly subscription cancellation, access and refund requests work.

Cancel at any time
You can cancel a paid subscription from your account billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and you keep paid access until the current billing period ends. Your account then returns to the free allowance; saved account data is not automatically deleted.
Refund requests
If a charge was made in error, was duplicated, or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact us promptly with the account email and charge date. We review requests fairly and apply any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights in your country.
Credits and partial periods
Used AI credits and partially used billing periods are normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Branzly confirms a service failure. Cancelling does not convert remaining credits to cash.
